Badú Oba — Revive Os Tincoãs is a musical project created in Gran Canaria to celebrate the legacy of Os Tincoãs, one of the most influential groups in Afro-Brazilian music. It is led by Badú, a historic member of the group from 1975 to 1983, alongside Hannah Bertoni on vocals, Bernardo Martins on amplified classical guitar and backing vocals, and percussionists and backing vocalists Marta Redondo and Miguel Hernández.

The repertoire revives landmark songs including Deixa a Gira Girar, Promessa ao Gantois and Cordeiro de Nanã, together with recent compositions by Badú and classics of Brazilian popular music. It is a journey through Afro-Brazilian musical memory, candomblé and the traditions of Bahia’s Recôncavo, brought to new generations through a vibrant contemporary performance.
