La Wera Trío is a musical project composed of vocalist Gabriela Maiztegui, guitarist Juanjo Rodríguez and percussionist Maximiliano Castillo. Their music emerges from the crossroads of Brazilian tradition, Latin American popular song, and a contemporary sensibility.

Gabriela’s warm and expressive voice blends seamlessly with Juanjo’s precise and enveloping guitar, while Maximiliano brings a subtle and organic rhythmic palette that enriches each piece with well-balanced nuances. The result is an intimate, elegant sound full of detail—respecting traditional repertoires while offering a fresh and personal interpretation.

Their repertoire includes Brazilian classics—from Jobim to Gilberto Gil—as well as original and adapted compositions, delivered with an intimate approach suitable for both stage performances and more informal or cultural settings.
